Atlas Capital provides angel investment to innovative, entrepreneurial, & ambitious startups across a range of sectors. In addition to providing early-stage financing, we support our entrepreneurs with coaching and mentoring and provide connections to an array of technical, financial, tax and marketing experts.
Atlas Capital engages in structured projects to increase shareholder value by merging a collection of SMEs into a larger group.
The resultant group is able to access bigger markets, achieve economies of scale, reduce costs, and expand the product/service range before we exit via a trade or private equity sale.
Atlas Capital acquires distressed SME businesses across a range of different sectors.
Using our experience, we restructure the struggling business (returning it to solvency, growth, stability and profitability) following which we either pursue an exit route or retain the business for our expanding portfolio.
