In 90% of cases we provide our compliance solutions on a fixed fee basis, that is, we agree our fees with our clients in advance so that they always know what their costs will be. This way there are no nasty surprises. We calculate our clients’ fixed fees by taking into account a number of factors such as the size of their businesses, the quality of their records, the number of solutions required, and any special expertise that may be needed.

Where the type of service required cannot be provided on a fixed fee basis (for example tax enquiry work or data recovery work), we inform our clients in advance that we cannot quote a fixed fee and that we will need to work with them on an hourly basis.
